Our History
To provide its guests with a steakhouse alternative, RedWater created the unique Vintage Prime & Seafood in 2014, at the same time as the opening of Cork Wine & Grille. Vintage, like Cork, has an extensive award-winning wine list but offers a meat-centric menu that focuses on prime aged steaks and fresh seafood, providing a truly upscale experience.

In addition to our notable collection of wines, Vintage offers flavorful dishes focusing on only the best meats and seafood. Our smaller menu means each plate leaves the kitchen with the utmost care and attention to detail.
